The photos, logos, designs, mood boards, projects, and written content are all property of Turnwood Design Group LC unless otherwise stated. Most content is created and generated by the site owner, however, any photos used from brands or third party websites will be linked accordingly, proper credit will be given, and content owner will be notified by one attempt. If the owner is unable to be reached, the images and/or content will continue to contain links to it’s origin. We take pride in teaming up with other companies, so if you find that your content has been featured with an incorrect link, please notify us immediately so we can make it right. We want to be sure we share the love and send our readers to sites we know they’ll love.

Refusal Of Service
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
Order Confirmations
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations, Returns, And Exchanges
Sales of digital products downloaded are final. No refunds will be issued to those who purchase duplicate content, i.e. one product is also a part of another digital product bundle. This includes gift e-certificates, courses and classroom trainings, and digital products such as basic designs, color schemes, layouts, room plans, paint colors, and mood boards.
All bookings for consulting services are 100% refundable up to 7 days before the first scheduled date service is to begin. Any services, including custom e-design elements and/or packages cancelled within 7 days of the service start date will be charged $50 taken from the balance due of the client. Any services requiring local and hands-on design and/or styling cancelled within 7 days of the service start date will be charged $100 taken from the balance due of the client. No refunds will be given after a consultation and design services have started.
If you’d like to cancel a monthly subscription you have, you can do so at any time and not be charged for the following month. Current payments aren’t refundable.
Physical Product purchases are not refundable/exchangeable. We ship via USPS Priority and insure every package. If your package arrives damaged, please notify Turnwood Design Group LC AND the USPS immediately so we can open a claim. Please be aware that if the damaged item is no longer in stock, you may be reimbursed your purchase price less the shipping cost OR you may choose another item of equal value.
Product Description
We strive to describe and display the services and products as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the services and products, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
